At Immaculate Heart of Mary School, tuition supports high-quality instruction, faith formation, and a nurturing learning environment. Tuition and registration
Families may choose from the following tuition payment plans:
Full Payment Option
• Full tuition due by September 15
Two-Payment Option
• Half due September 15
• Half due February 1
• $30 deferred payment plan fee
Ten-Month Payment Option
• First payment due September 15 (plus $50 deferred payment plan fee)
• Remaining payments due monthly from October 1 to June 1
Tuition and registration may be paid by e-Transfer, debit, Visa, MasterCard, cash, or cheque.
Late and NSF Fees
Late charges of 5% are applied to any outstanding tuition balances as of June 4. A $25 fee applies to all non-sufficient fund (NSF) payments.
Payment Options
Families complete 10 volunteer hours yearly. A $400 postdated cheque is required at registration. Families may opt out at the start of the year by paying $400.
Uniforms
Students must wear official IHMS uniforms purchased through the IHMS Uniform Shop. In-person visits require an appointment. Online ordering is also available.
Extended Child Care
IHMS offers Before and After School programs in a safe, supervised setting where students can read, complete homework, and enjoy quiet activities with friends.
